MY STORY
After working for half a decade in the retail plant industry, I decided it was time to start something of my own. I've always had a passion for plants, but a new passion grew for helping others grow their green thumbs as well. Matching folks to the right plant for them always came naturally, and was a huge part of what I enjoyed while working in other greenhouses.
Starting Hygge House was a natural progression to take what I already do on a small scale, and reach as many new plant parents as possible. I hope everyone can find something for them here, and that even the brownest thumbs can find excitement and joy in growing their new green thumbs with us.
