There are many types of Jade out there but this is the most common you will find. Extremely easy to care for with it's succulent like foliage, it doesn't want much attention. Great for plant beginners that tend to forget they have a plant. Keep in mind these guys get top heavy, only repot when they start to fall over and their pot can't hold them up. Propogation is easy with these because each leaf can be either placed on top of soil, or in a shallow cup of water. Roots should appear in a few weeks. 
 
Light - Indirect light to shade. 
Water - Once a month. Very drought tolerant. Prefers very dry soil before watering.
Pot - Prefers to be pot bound, can live in the same container for years before needing to be repotted.
